5th IREC Registration:
On-site registration in the basement room of the Powell Museum, 1765 E Main St, from 8:00 to 9:00 AM on Wednesday, June 16.
Registration Fees:
Note: Advanced Registration (nonrefundable) is 10% off regular registration if payment is received by March 31, 2010.
$400 for college/university teams with
up to 8 students and 1 advisor. Additional students and advisors are
$70 per person (includes T-shirts for students, polo shirt for
advisor, and all meals)
Guests of students: $50 per person
(includes all meals), children 12 and under $20 each (includes all
meals except Awards Banquet)
Observers (students or faculty from
prospective future team): $70 per person (includes T-shirts for
students, polo shirts for advisors, and all meals)
Spectators: $20/person (no shirts or meals) (Note: anyone can opt
to be a "Spectator" and forfeit meals and shirts. But each
team must pay the $400 registration fee to compete.)
Judges and special guests: no charge (includes shirts as available
and all meals). Sponsors: no charge if organization has Corporate membership in
good standing
Invited K-12 student groups and teachers: no charge (no shirts or
meals) All
persons of legal age will be required to sign liability waivers. Minors
will be included on liability waivers with their parent or legal
guardian.
Additional Awards Banquet tickets: $20 (limited number; first-come, first-served)
